I've known Doug for years. Not sure what the other reviewer is talking about.
Not questioning the poster's integrity, I'm quite sure he feels he got screwed, I've
simply never seen or heard of that behavior from Doug.
all smiles and nice just before he dives into repairing
your vehicle. He will do the minimum to bill it and get it
out. Will replace do a $400 heater job and not replace
a .50 cent hose? "you didnt pay for that" Spent $4000.00
