After a very disappointing time with Midlands Honda's
service dept., their service mgr called and spoke with me
yesterday. When all the facts were on the table, I WAS
ISSUED A FULL REFUND and apology for the situation. Pretty cool!
Replaced timing belt. Left off thrust washer. Timing belt
was coming off. They told me a bad timing belt tensioner was
making the noise. Didn't even look or they would have seen
the timing belt was coming off and had worn through the
housing. WORST!
